On Site Delivery

• If your facility is located within 200 miles of Metro Atlanta then we will hand deliver your equipment and help install it in your control room free of charge.
• A small surcharge to cover travel costs will be added if you want on-site delivery to a location further away.

Two Days Training

• We provide a full day of on-site training (minus setup time) on the day your equipment is delivered.
• Your personnel can receive an additional day of follow-up training at the Amitrace facility.
• Personnel have time to learn basic operation and develop specific questions before coming back for follow-up training.
• We provide expert help in developing graphics packages and workflow techniques specific to your operation.

Technical Support

• We provide free technical support for the life of your product.
• No contract is required.
• There are no renewal fees.
• Phone support is available weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Email support is offered if you need help outside normal business hours.

24 Hour Repair Turnaround Guarantee (For the first year)

• We create a local backup of the system partition to ease software recovery from a virus or other corruption without having to bring the system in for repair.
• We create the system backup only after Windows is activated, the latest software updates are installed, and system settings are adjusted for optimum performance so that the system is ready to use immediately after recovery.
• An offline copy of your backup is permanently stored at the Amitrace facility in case your local backup is ever lost or currupted, or in case the system hard disk should fail altogether and need to be replaced.
• We keep parts in stock to repair most problems on the same day if your system should suffer a hardware failure.
• All repairs are handled locally, and you will not have to ship your equipment to NewTek.
