Production, Editing, Duplication & Conversion.

On-Location:

• Shooting - $600/Day (Per Camera)
• Switching & Graphics (Up to 6 Cameras) - $800/Day
• Flash/Windows Media Encoding - $200/Day
• Instant Replay/Slow Motion - $1,200/Day

Hire us to come on location and set up your event. Our prices include equipment and an operator, but you must provide all cables, tapes and other supplies. We can shoot and record in DV or HDV format. Our switcher and graphics generator are standard definition (SD), but our instant replay and slow motion system is multi-standard (SD/HD). Our Flash and Windows Media encoding service is only available if you hire us for switching ($800/Day) since this function is built into the same equipment. We can provide a digital streaming file at the conclusion of the shoot, suitable for upload onto your website, or we can provide a live stream out to the internet if you have an ISP and CDN set up to receive the signal. Studio Production:

• Green/Blue Screen with 1 Camera - $85/Hour
• Green/Blue Screen with 1 Camera and Virtual Set - $100/Hour
• Virtual Set Customization - $200

We provide an 8 x 8 active shooting area with all lighting and recording gear. Our virtual sets are designed for single person shots in a sitting position. We do not have a fully immersive set for full body shots. You have your choice of 6 pre-produced virtual sets from various angles and focal lengths, or you can provide your own digital images for custom backdrops and artwork. We need all custom artwork at least two days before a shoot.

Video Editing & Post Production:

• DV or HDV Editing - $600/Day, $85/Hour, $200 Minimum
• Graphics Production - $100/Hour

We can output your project to almost any format, including Betacam SP, VHS, SVHS, MiniDV and DVD. We can also provide compressed output files suitable for upload to your website in Flash, Windows Media or Quicktime format. In addition to DV and HDV tape sources, we can accept digital files from other editing systems in a variety of formats. We can read AVI, Quicktime, raw MPEG2 and most MXF files as native clips, with no need to transcode. Digital files can be supplied on external hard disk, or we can read them directly off of your camera or recording device.

Duplication and Conversion:

• DVD Duplication & Printing - $2.50/Copy (quantities of 100 or more)
• Video Format Conversion (PAL-NTSC/NTSC-PAL) - $30
• VHS or DV to DVD - $25
• HDV to DVD - $50

Our DVD duplication service includes full color inkjet printing on the surface of the disc. You must provide all artwork for printing unless you want a simple text label. We can convert almost any tape format to and from European and African (PAL) format. Contact us for full details.
