Store Policies

All hardware returns will incur a 15% restocking fee, and returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase. All software sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened software, but we will replace defective product media if you report any problems within the first 15 days. After that period you will need to contact the manufacturer directly to seek resolution. We will answer basic installation questions regarding any products purchased from us, but we do not provide free technical support for individual retail products. Our complete workstations and hardware/software solutions often include an initial basic training session and free technical support for the life of the system.

We will ship any items in stock within 1 business day, using the shipping method selected at the time of purchase. If an item is out of stock then Amitrace will contact you to confirm your purchase and provide an estimated delivery date. If the product cannot be obtained within a reasonable time then we will provide a full refund and cancel the order at your request. The customer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs resulting from a product return or exchange.
